ruffled shirt
I keep on seeing ruffles everywhere besides skirt bottoms. I wanted to give it a try.

I love the skirt, and loved it when you first posted about it, but if my daughter were the recipient of the outfit, I'd probably never put her in the top, just not my style. In fact, I may remove the ruffles and then just put her in the turtle neck, or redo them in a way I like better.
I think the top is cute, but have to agree with Courtney that I wouldn't put my kid in it because it just isn't my style... I could see it working for other moms, though, and I would certainly let my child wear it if they wanted to.
